The end of the year offers up the perfect time to reflect on the 365 days that have come before—while taking some time to pause, evaluate and plan the year ahead.
At Mortgage Confidence we recently launched an end-of-year survey to gain insights into what our clients think about our range of mortgage services.
We asked questions like ‘why did you choose to use a mortgage adviser?’ and more specifically speaking, ‘why did you choose to use six-time award-winning mortgage adviser Jo Jingree?’
So, without further ado, here’s how the survey went down.
The survey says…
According to the survey, the number one reason why our clients decided to use a mortgage adviser was because getting a mortgage can be ‘confusing’.
“The fluctuating market really makes me feel uneasy about what mortgages I might be able to get,” one person wrote. While another respondent cited ‘time’ as also being a crucial factor as to why they reached out for help. “I find mortgages confusing,” said the client, “and I don’t have the time to look for them myself.”
We know mortgages can be confusing. But with more than 20 years’ of experience behind us, we pride ourselves on making the complicated uncomplicated and making the whole process as stress-free as can be.
And that’s something our clients noted. When asked why they decided to use Jo, one person wrote: “She’s experienced and communicates well and makes a stressful process more comfortable.”
Another respondent wrote: “I’ve used her before and wouldn’t look elsewhere.” While a third said: “She made my life easy.”
Recent reviews
Here at Mortgage Confidence, we collect reviews all year round to make sure we are getting continuous feedback in real-time. Doing so enables us to identify and address any issues and improve customer satisfaction.
We do this via VouchedFor. So far Jo has racked up 136 reviews and has received 5/5 stars.
On the page, when asked how Jo has helped, one recent client wrote: “Laid out everything that needed to be done, was very clear about what was available to me, how each option could be beneficial, and which direction worked best for my circumstances.”
Another said they ‘couldn’t be happier’ with the service. While a third wrote that Jo’s ‘performance was impeccable’.
Finding the right pair of hands
“It’s always interesting to hear feedback from clients, and gain some valuable insights into how I can improve my service,” Jo says. “I know and understand that buying a home is probably the biggest purchase many of us will make. So it’s important to get it right.
“I also know, according to recent stats, that almost one in five are confused by their mortgage and don’t fully understand the process and the different terminology involved. That means there is still some work to do around debunking terms and making mortgages understandable. So watch this space!”.
